When Painted Ponies are officially retired that means no more figurines of that design will be crafted for sale, and the mold we use to cast them is destroyed. It also means that these Painted Ponies immediately become highly collectible because they are now, in effect, a limited edition. For the serious collector the fun is about to begin as they must now go on a "Treasure Hunt" to see if they can find these elusive Retired Painted Ponies!

Buyers are encouraged to pick up their auction items in person at the Library in Cochrane. Preferably during the week on October 31-November 4, between 0900am-300pm. Online Auction Terms & Conditions:
1. Bidding is online and you must register at stockmen.ca or call the office for bidder assistance at 403-932-3782.
2. Auction items can be viewed in person at the Bert Sheppard Library from Tuesday, October 25th through Friday, October 28th from 9:00am -3:00pm.
3. The successful bidder will be the highest bidder online at the closing of each section.
4. Pick up of Items to be done October 31-November 4 between 0900am-300pm 5 or call the office to make arrangements.
5. Payment can be made by e-transfer, cheque, cash, debit, or credit card.
6. Bidding begins October 26, 2022.
7. Auction items will begin to close at 7:30 pm on Saturday, October 29, 2022.
8. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO RETRACTIONS OF BIDS AND NO RETURNS ACCEPTED. All items that are offered by auction may be subject to an opening bid increment.
9. Online auctions begin and end at a predetermined date and time. If bidding occurs within the last 2 minutes the auction will be extended another 2 minutes until bidding has ended.
